This one is not a movie but its a show. It's Gen V from the diabolical universe of The Boys.
I guess you can say that if you binge watch a show it can be movie, so with that spirit lets start.

when the first 3 episodes were released i was interested but then bored. it felt like there were holding back and pacing things very slowly. i was still excited but it didn't feel like it was going to be good. Mind you there where some bloody brilliant scenes (Pun intended) and some absolutely batshit crazy stuff that i was not expecting but i wasn't feeling the want to sit and wait week after week.
i stopped the weekly watch after watching the 4th episode because it got boring to be honest. The last Friday(3/11/23) the season finale was released and i watched it on 4/11/23 and OH MY GOD!!!! I was so wrong about the show being mid and and not an equal to the boys but my oh my the standards for superhero shows just went through the roof.
The gruesome back story of some of the characters and some references to the earlier seasons of the boys i absolutely loved. It was good to see Homelander, Butcher, Mallory and Neuman again. these characters are wonderfully written and i cannot get enough of them!!! All the characters are an absolute delight, Marie, Jordan, Andre, Emma. But not Cate she's a bitch. But i wan't to see more of her and all the other characters because secretly i think they're cool as f*ck.
The last 4 episodes that i binged was so good, it was a good take on american colleges and what teenage superheroes would do. The Dean, Indira Shetty was such a good character, i felt so bad when she died, so much loss, but she was going slightly crazy. can definitely see the virus be a part of The Boys S4.
This show is absolutely amazing, once you start watching you will get hooked, it is a slow start but things pickup very quickly towards the end. The next production of the universe is The Boys season 4 which according to sources will take place mere days after the events of Gen V. I will be seated with popcorn and a therapist to process the crazy things i am going to see. 10/10
My next review no.5 i.e. 5/11/23 is going to be an old one but a good one Mamma Mia! i just saw the movie and i absolutely loved it so stay tuned!!
